It is indeed a very nice feeling when the children remember The Father Of The Nation our own Mahatma Gandhi. The kindergarten students gave a warm welcome to our Principal Kenneth Mendonca when he entered the nursery class, he was greeted by the Tiny Tots who were all dressed in white and their  class teacher Nikita Shukla had done up the Board very nicely and had stuck faces of Gandhiji three monkeys and they all sang ‘ GandhiJike Bander Teen’. Next we went to KG-I where Najma Sheikh’s children were dressed as different leaders who fought for the freedom of our country. Each leader said a slogan and the best was a small boy cutely dressed as Gandhiji. Then KG-II students enacted a very informative skit in which they informed everyone by holding placards which conveyed messages informing how we should keep our environment clean so that we don’t fall prey to Dengue, Chickenguniya& Malaria. This very informative play was directed by JyotiKathuria. KG-II B students were dressed as various national leaders were taught to recite a sentence of that particular leader and they were trained by SonaliKhawse their class teacher. The grand finale was a song sung by the students of KG II A who were prepared to sing “Insaafkidagarpe” by their class teacher Sushma Singh. Thus we came to the end of Gandhi Jayanti celebrations.
