CDS : CDS Hosts Western Region Football Tournament

The Chanda Devi Saraf School, Katol Road, Nagpur. Organises the 13th AISM- ICSE/ISC Western Region Football Tournament at :-
Venue : The Chhatrapati Shivaji Stadium, Police Line Takli Ground, Katol Road, Nagpur.
On dates: – August 26, 27 and 28 from
Time :- Morning 8 00am to 6.00 pm.
The game will be conducted as per the rules and regulations of AIFF (All India Football Federation) under the able guidance of the NDFA (Nagpur District Football Association). 22 Teams from Maharashtra and Gujarat are competing at the School level (Under 16) and 12 teams are competing at the College level (Under 19). The names of the schools taking part at the school level are :-

C.N.M. Ville Parle, West
Jamnabai Narsee, Juhu Mumbai

Anubhuti School, Jalgaon and
Atul Vidyalaya, Valsad Gujarat.
The Schools taking part at College level are Gokuldham Goregaon, SD Singhania Thane, Barnes School Nasik, NL Dalmia Mira Road East, Hiranandani Thane, RBK Mira Road East, Gundecha Education Academy Kandivali, Atul Vidyalaya Valsad, Ryan International Malad, Lilavati Poddar Santacruz West, Jamnabai Narsee Juhu Mumbai and CDS Nagpur.
The tournament is being organized under the chairmanship of The CDS School Director Madam Nishaji Saraf and the CDS school Principal Mr. Kenneth Mendonca having the full support of the NDFA President Mr. Harish Vora, the match Commissioner Mr. Eugene Norbert, the Technical Director Mr. Iqbal Bhai Kashmiri. The tournament Co-ordinator Mr. Tyrone Mendonca, Mrs. Mukta Patterkine, Mrs. Jayanti Subramaniam, Mr. Anil Francis, Mr. Stanley Gregory and of course the sports Association of Nagpur media personalities.
The teams players and their coaches will be staying at the MLA hostel from 25 to 28 August. The National meet will take place in the last week of October at Kolkatta.
